The Start/ End point of the trail is down a path next to the Fisher’s Farm Household Recycling Centre, North Downs Rd, New Addington, Croydon, CR0 0LB
Walk
It is very easy to walk to the start of the trail by Fisher’s Farm recyling centre. Central Parade in New Addington is only a 5-10 minute walk away.

There is limited free, on street parking at North Downs Road, CRO OLB. Near Fisher’s Farm Household Recycling Centre.
The Hutchinson’s Bank trail is managed by the Downlands Partnership & London Wildlife Trust. Please note that this route is not Wheelchair accessible.
It is a large area of secluded chalk grassland and woodland, supporting many rare plants and insects, which has benefited from the return of traditional grazing. The paths are a mix of steep and narrow trails, it will sometimes be overgrown and may become slippery in wet weather. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for this terrain. There are benches available at various points.
No public toilets - please find a cafe at Central Parade in New Addington approx 10-20 min walk
